Does the e.l.f. make up line match asian skin tones?

I’m Taiwanese so I’m not tan, but not super pale like my Irish buddies (^_^)v . I’ve been browsing the e.l.f. website and I’m tempted to buy their All Over Cover stick and possibly one of their powders, but I want to make sure that they have yellow tones.

for shizzle. i feel your pain, it’s so hard to get good makeup for asians, freaking annoying. i really wouldn’t use elf for foundation. i’m pretty thrifty about everything, but i mean foundation is something i would splurge on because it sets the canvas for your other makeup and it’s really gross when it doesn’t match. …and elf isn’t a quality line, i’d use it for lip gloss, shadow, but not foundation

for a good foundation, try clinique. they’re oil-free and hypoallergenic, so it doesn’t irritate sensitive asian skin (well mine anyway), and they have a variety of shades, so you’re bound to get one that’s at least close to your skin tone. hope this helps! go asians.

The shade “Light” is for light skin with golden undertones whereas “Fair” is for porcelain skin and neutral undertone.
So the Light tone would be the best ^^

Hi. I am a pale skin asian also and I tried elf all over cover stick in fair. It does not work too well with my skin tone because all asians have yellow undertone and elf’s powders and all over stick has a pinkish undertone. Try maybelline, they have a wider selection. Currently I am using maybelline superstay silky and i only got it for 6dollars. Pretty good deal for a foundation that works well with my skin tone.
