A white person looking to meet another white person can just go on a normal dating website and over 99% of the people on are likely to tick that particular box so they don't need a designated dating site. I do agree however, that if such a site were to exist, people would consider it offensive, but when a normal dating site offers all they need, it is slightly more elitist than an all black or all asian site.
