How many British Asians (solo artists) have had UK Top Ten Music Singles ?
I can only think of 4 solo British asian artists – Freddie Mercury, Apache Indian, Panjabi MC and Jay Sean. Are there anymore ???

Also Rishi Rich featuring Jay Sean Dance With You , which got to 12 in 2003 but now works more as a producer working with other top artists.
More recently Bat for Lashes has had a few albums in the top ten.
Also note: Speculation of Engelbert Humperdinck as an Anglo Indian through ancestry but that has never been confirmed. Plus a special mention to also for Gerry Lockran who managed acclaim through his albums in the 1960’s.
